• Undamaged
• Returned with its original packaging, where applicable

Return Shipping Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days after the product is received back by us.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, where applicable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Please contact us with your order details to arrange an exchange.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers cannot request a refund or cancellation while the order is in transit. Any refund or return request can only be considered after the product has been delivered and received by the customer, subject to the eligibility requirements in this policy.
