At Jellyocat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and return process. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
•Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Some exclusions may apply (e.g., personalized items, final sale items), which will be clearly stated on the product page.
•Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
•Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
•Gift cards
•Downloadable software products
•Some health and personal care items
•Items marked as
"final sale" or "non-returnable"
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1.Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@jellyocat.com or call us at +15513619890 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2.Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
3.Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4.Ship Your Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
•Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
•Cost of Return: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
•Broken or Unsatisfactory Items: If you receive a broken or unsatisfactory item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you wish to exchange and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
