All orders are processed, verified, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We offer reliable shipping services to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Once your order has been processed, the transit time is typically:
•Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days (Monday–Saturday)
3. Total Delivery Time
You can expect your order to be delivered within 6–12 business days from the date of purchase. This includes both the order processing time and the shipping transit time.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Jellyocat only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
