2. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders to all our shipping destinations. There are no extra fees or hidden charges for standard shipping.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at jellycatglobal@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been:
- Processed
- Packed
- Shipped
...it cannot be canceled.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we strive for perfect delivery, we are not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Customs delays
- Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

9. Customs & Import Taxes
